Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
