Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with precision.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and warehouse regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
