Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and quickly.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read work orders.
