Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and industrial equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the facility.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
