Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks while maintaining a safe workspace.
- Manage inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Perform regular stock counts and organization of warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily operational targets are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
