Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload trucks with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and storage conditions
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Complete quality checks before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Warren Avenue facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
