Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification training
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Reliable transportation to our LA facility
