Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
