Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
