Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Load & Unload: Handle inbound and outbound freight trucks with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Full shift).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and picking.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal/written instructions.
- Valid ID: Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
