Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate scanning and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
