Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Goods: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse aisles to maintain optimal flow.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (12-hour shifts preferred).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to follow instructions.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED.
