Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Process returns and verify item conditions efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
