Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders during peak weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and updates using RF scanning technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for qualified candidates.
