Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and dock operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM) reliably
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in warehouse conditions
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Team-oriented attitude with communication skills
- No experience required – full training provided
