Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy and condition
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
