Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person night shift team, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness standards
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Train new employees on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
