Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
