Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure product availability.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process shipping documents and manage dock operations efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is preferred.
