Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders with speed and precision
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support physical inventory audits and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
