Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
