Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely using manual and powered equipment.
- Organize, stock, and inventory warehouse merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and quantities.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse environment to ensure a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packing and labeling process for customer orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling cash/credit transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
