Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues quickly.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety protocols and attendance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a weekly basis.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
