As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We provide comprehensive training, safety equipment, and a culture that values hard work and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
