Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- System Operation: Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to track stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily operational goals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
