Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety standards
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time inventory system
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to meet 5S compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols for outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
