Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily throughput goals.
- Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) with no conflicts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
