Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
