Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Safely load/unload trucks using proper equipment
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend production targets
- Perform basic equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
