Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 6AM-2PM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Houston facility
