Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability (Sat/Sun shifts, 6am-2pm)
