Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations and team activities
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight and inventory management
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor weekend shift staff on procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Maintain accurate shift logs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Flexibility to work Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
