Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team of 8-12 warehouse associates
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transition
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare detailed performance reports
- Oversee equipment maintenance and facility security
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
