Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily logs.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
