Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate weekend shift staff (8-12 team members) to maintain operational efficiency
- Coordinate warehouse activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during all shift operations
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain client satisfaction standards
- Generate shift reports and optimize workflow processes for weekend peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs between shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure weekend operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) with occasional overtime
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
