Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 weekend warehouse staff across receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Oversee inventory control and cycle count procedures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate with overnight shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service level agreements
- Generate weekend performance reports for Monday leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Able to lift 50lbs and stand for 8+ hours
