Responsibilities
- Execute weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend production workflows
- Document daily operations and maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and facility systems
- Respond proactively to operational challenges and communicate escalation pathways
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and foster a culture of workplace safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/logistics experience or equivalent technical training
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Availability to work consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to complete
