Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and inventory management
- Lead 5-8 person crew during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs and equipment usage
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis facility
- Willingness to start immediately upon offer
