Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend associates with clear performance expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover and communication
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Proficient with warehouse management software (WMS)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
