Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet daily KPIs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks to ensure data accuracy and product integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus.
