Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-7 associates with clear direction and performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe working environment
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and shipping exceptions
- Generate daily performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
