Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostic tests on blood, tissue, and other specimens
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Current ASCP or AMT certification required
- 1+ years clinical lab experience
- Proficiency in LIS systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
