Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Perform vital signs and EKGs for weekend patient assessments
- Assist with minor procedures and wound care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate patient flow and triage weekend emergencies
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide patient education on weekend-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active MA certification in Kentucky
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong weekend availability (Sat-Sun)
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Urgent hire availability required
