Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment and intervention for acute/critical patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during trauma activations
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records in real-time
- Educate patients/families on discharge plans and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current TN RN license (compact license accepted)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- 2+ years ED or critical care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN with 5+ years experience considered)
- Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
