Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
