Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex issues and provide accurate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, update customer records, and maintain data integrity in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to coordinate workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or support roles.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
