Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Management: Accurately update customer information in our CRM systems to maintain up-to-date records.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
