Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Support interdisciplinary care team during weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (willing to train without certification)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate demeanor with patient-centered focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear background check and drug screen required
