Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Manage weekend operations, ensuring the store is organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management duties.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement weekend promotions and improve store performance.
- Maintain a positive brand image by adhering to all company policies and dress codes.
- Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
