Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand guidelines
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards during operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with solution-oriented mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude with demonstrated teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required for immediate hire
